Steele County Veterans Van to Minneapolis: To ride the Vet Van, you must give a 48-hour notice for a ride. Please schedule appointments in the morning as there are other passengers riding on the Van with you. Passengers are picked up at the front of the Administration Building in either the Vet Van or a Steele County vehicle. We are unable to assist persons in and out of the Van so if you need help getting in and out, you will need to bring an escort. Our Van can not accommodate wheelchairs. The Van does not go to the VA on weekends, holidays or inclement weather. You must be a Veteran to ride the Van. Please call 507-444-7460 to schedule your ride. Thank you for your service.
