Real Estate & Land Records
We record and index a wide range of documents related to real estate and land transactions, including deeds, mortgages, and liens affecting property within Steele County. Our work ensures clear land titles and provides the foundation for reliable property information.

Additional Recorded Documents
The Recorder’s Office also manages several other important public records, such as:

  • Official Bonds and Oaths: Recorded for public officials as they assume their duties.
  • Official Plats: Maintained to support accurate land surveying and mapping.
