Responsibilities
Facilities and Fleet are responsible for building and facilities capital improvement planning; new facility construction and renovations; facility and equipment maintenance; preventative maintenance programs; construction project management; landscaping; custodial services; building security; and the management and disposal of all county administrative vehicles and equipment. We committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity in all decisions; fostering innovation in facility and fleet management; promoting teamwork that enhances collaboration across departments; ensuring transparency that strengthens trust and accountability; and exercising responsible stewardship of public resources to best serve the community.
