County departments provide a wide range of public services, including access to records, mapping services, permits, certificates, and other essential resources. Some of these services include associated fees as authorized under Minn. Stat. Section 373.41. These fees are listed below or may be found on the appropriate department’s webpage. Fees may be updated periodically throughout the year to reflect changes in service costs or statutory requirements.
The yearly fee schedule is adopted by the Steele County Board of Commissioners and becomes effective on the first day of each year. This schedule is not exhaustive, as the Board may adopt or modify fees in various formats that may not be immediately reflected here. All fees and related information are subject to change without notice.
