The Human Resources Department provides comprehensive services to over 300 full and part-time employees in Steele County, as well as providing contracted HR services to another 160 employees in our merged human services agency, Minnesota Prairie County Alliance. The Department includes 4 staff, including a Director, Assistant Director, and two HR Generalists. Our employees are our greatest asset. Consider joining our team!
