Change Room/Locker Room Policies and Guidelines
- The Four Seasons Centre will assign change rooms/locker rooms to user groups dependent upon facility activity, and user gender when possible.
- Change room/locker assignments are subject to change.The Four Seasons Centre management and/or staff reserves the right to request user groups to relocate from assigned room or rooms, with minimal disruption, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Change room/locker room assignments will be posted daily.
- Change rooms/locker rooms are available for use at the posted times:
- Guidelines: 30 minutes before a practice
- 45 minutes before a game with adult supervision or coach present in the room.
- Guidelines: 30 minutes before a practice
- Change room/locker room vandalism will not be tolerated. Vandals, or their sponsoring associations, will be held liable for the full amount of damages caused.
- The Four Seasons Centre management or staff is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Change room/locker room keys are available with proper deposit (vehicle keys, license,etc.) by an adult supervisor or coach.
- The use of sticks, pucks, or balls in the off ice areas of the Four Seasons Centre is prohibited.
- No alcohol or tobacco products (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, etc.) are permitted in any area of the Four Seasons Centre.
- Change rooms/locker rooms will be checked after each activity and should be cleaned by the previous user. Place all trash in the garbage receptacles.
- Change room/locker room privileges can and will be revoked by Four Season Centre management or staff at any time if the polices and guidelines are not followed.
The Four Seasons Centre is a current and acting member of the Minnesota Ice Arena Managers Association, and follows all policies and guidelines of the Association, which are posted in the facility.
