Immunizations

Immunizations, also known as vaccines or shots, are available on Mondays from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for individuals who qualify for free or low-cost vaccines through the Minnesota Vaccines for Children (MnVFC) program or the Uninsured and Underinsured Adult Vaccine (UUAV) program.

Children 18 years of age or younger may qualify if they are uninsured, enrolled in MHCP (Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare), have insurance that does not cover vaccines, or are Native American. Adults 19 years and older may qualify if they are uninsured or if their insurance does not cover a specific vaccine.

If you are not a Minnesota resident, are an adult enrolled in MHCP, are on Medicare, or have private insurance that covers the vaccine, please contact your medical provider or pharmacy for immunization services.

A small contribution is suggested for those without insurance, but no one is turned away for inability to pay. Please bring any immunization records you have. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If you do not see an appointment time that works for you below, please call us to set up an appointment at 507.444.7650.
