Child and Teen Checkups
are well-child exams benefiting children under the age of 21 enrolled in Medical Assistance. These comprehensive checkups ensure optimal physical and mental health by providing valuable information and addressing questions about your child’s health, behavior, and development. - Between birth and one month
- At 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 30 months
