- Between birth and one month
- At 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 30 months
- Every year from age 3 to 20
- More often, if needed
- Within six months after the first tooth emerges or no later than the age of one.

- Screening for lead
- Vision and hearing tests
- Referral to a dentist and fluoride varnish
- Development and behavioral screenings
- Social-emotional and mental health screenings
- Health, weight, and other growth measures
- Education about the next stage of your child or teen’s growth and development
- Time with your health care provider to talk about your questions and concerns
