The Steele County Highway Department only solicits by public notice for highway construction and maintenance project bids on this web page and on the eAdvert web site. For most highway projects requiring competitive sealed bids, Steele County Highway Department facilitates bidding through https://mn-co-steele.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice/bidding.
